Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s leading carrier, has strengthened connectivity with Egypt with the launch of non-stop services to Cairo, the capital city.

The new service from the carrier’s primary hub in Sharjah marks Air Arabia’s fifth destination in Egypt and 90th worldwide. From 27 February, 2014, Air Arabia will offer three weekly flights to Cairo, making it a convenient destination for passengers from and to the UAE, travelling for business or pleasure.

Flights will depart Sharjah International Airport on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at 13:00 arriving in Cairo International Airport at 15:20. Return flights will depart Cairo at 16:00 arriving in Sharjah at 21:20 local time.

Air Arabia currently connects passengers from Sharjah to Alexandria, Assuit, Luxor and Sohag in Egypt. There has been a significant level of demand for Air Arabia’s Egypt services over the past years, with its wide range of value for money offerings making it an airline of choice.
